Monthly Meetings
All members are encouraged to attend so they can vote on or discuss any MOMS Club business. We hold our meeting on the first Friday of every month.
Service Projects
We give back to our community by performing at least one service project each year. Our projects are focused specifically on women and children. Past projects have included park cleanups, food drives, sponsoring a family for Christmas, and a holiday party for an after school program.
Mom's Night Out
We have a very popular Mom's Night Out each month, with activities ranging from sampling restaurants to quiet in-home dessert nights to rock climbing!
Playgroups
Playgroups meet weekly, typically in each others homes for an hour or so of playtime. Sometimes playgroups participate in community activities together such as visiting story-time at the library, or taking walks on the local greenways. Playgroups are a great way for your children to interact with other children their age, developing social skills while engaged in play. Our playgroups are loosely based on birth year. Playgroups are also a great support for you where you can chat with other moms who are going through similar stages in their children's growth. Playgroups are open to members only.
Other Events
We organize events, like trips to the zoo, Nashville Public Library story-time, a visit to a local farm to pick fruit, or a tour of the Fire Department. We also have events that recur monthly which could include: - Moms and Muffins: a monthly get-together where we munch muffins and talk life at a member's home
- Pizza club: we all bring ingredients and get together to assemble pizzas you can bake at home later for dinner
- Monthly Brunch: moms all bring a dish to a potluck brunch at a member's home
